Hospice Care

Guiding you with compassion, every step of the way

The hospice intake begins with a comprehensive in-home visit to understand your pet’s condition and your family’s experience. This includes a review of medical records, a gentle exam, and a discussion of any concerns or daily challenges. Together, we create a personalized care plan focused on comfort and supporting quality of life. Ongoing support includes direct communication with Dr. Hill and monthly check-ins to guide you through changes and decisions. In-home visits are available as-needed, with a recheck every six months to ensure continued compassionate care.

Senior Care

Fear-free, personalized support through their twilight years.

Our senior care program begins with a comprehensive in-home visit focused on supporting your pet’s health, comfort, and longevity. We review medical records, perform a gentle exam, assess the home environment, and talk through any changes you’ve noticed. Together, we create a personalized plan centered on prevention, early detection, and maintaining a happy, active quality of life. Ongoing support includes direct communication with Dr. Hill and monthly phone or email check-ins to monitor progress and adjust care as needed. We recommend in-home visits every six months to help your pet continue to thrive.

Western Herbal Consultation

Thoughtfully crafted herbal support for your pet

Our consultation begins with a thoughtful review of your pet’s medical history, a gentle exam, and an assessment of their lifestyle and daily routines. We’ll also talk through any current concerns and subtle changes you’ve noticed over time. From this, we create a personalized herbal plan - often including tinctures or teas - along with supportive diet and lifestyle recommendations. Our goal is to gently support your pet’s natural balance and overall well-being.

Quality of Life Consultation

Guidance when your're unsure–without pressure, only support.

Our quality of life assessment provides a supportive space to explore your pet’s health and comfort. We review medical records (if available), perform a gentle exam, and talk through any concerns or daily challenges. Together, we’ll look at your pet’s overall well-being and discuss care options, including treatment or, when appropriate, a thoughtful end-of-life plan.

Home Euthanasia

A gentle, unhurried experience in the comfort of home.

We encourage you to choose a setting that feels meaningful and comfortable for your family. The visit begins with time to ask questions and share any concerns. When you’re ready, we provide gentle sedation to help your pet feel deeply relaxed, allowing you to be close and present with your loved one. When the time feels right, the doctor will guide the next step with care, ensuring a calm and peaceful transition. Afterward, you’ll have private time to be with your pet. If cremation services are chosen, we will respectfully transport your loved one to Tranquil Waters Aquamation, and we will notify your primary veterinarian on your behalf.
